FAQs

1. ORDERING

1.1 Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest at anytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

1.2 How do I create an account?

In the upper right corner of the homepage, click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal details.

1.3 How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

1.4 Why can’t i add ‘unavailable’ items to my shopping cart?

You will be able to add any items to your order as long as they are in inventory. There could be an instance where an item is unavailable because the current inventory in Swing’s warehouse is zero. In this particular case, you will not be able to add these items to your shopping cart.

1.5 How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Stripe from all major credit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

1.6 Can I amend and cancel my order?

Unfortunately you are unable to amend or cancel your order once it has been placed. This process allows Swing to fulfill orders immediately, and to do this efficiently while minimizing errors.

1.7 I have a discount code, how can I use it?

At checkout time, enter the code in the field “Discount Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the discount code to your order if you have missed entering it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

1.8 How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us confirming that your order has been received. However, note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved, and billing and delivery address has been verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user (checkout ‘How do I create an account” in the FAQ for more information).

 

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

2.1 When will my order be processed?

All orders will be processed within 2-5 business days. Note that this  does not include weekends, public holidays and shipping time.

2.2 How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Delivery estimates are provided when you select your shipping method at checkout.

2.3 How much does Swing charge for shipping?

Swing offers free shipping on all Canadian and USA orders over $150, and this is calculated as follows:

  • Discounts/promo codes will be applied to your order before total order value is determined.
  • Applicable taxes are ignored in determining shipping costs based on your total order value.

For convenience our pricing is been broken into 3 tiers for Canadian and US customers:

  1. Order value $0-$75: $20 CDN for shipping
  2. Order value $75-$150: $25 CDN for shipping
  3. Order value +$150: Free Shipping!

2.4 Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once you have placed your order. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.

2.5 There is a missing item in my order, what should I do?

We apologize for sending you an incomplete order. Please contact Swing’s Customer Service Team at customerservice@shopswing.ca and we will get back within 3 business days.

2.6 I’ve received a defective item, what should I do?

We apologize if you have received a defective item from us. To process this return quickly, please complete our Return/Exchange Form.

2.7 I’ve received an incorrect item, what should I do?

We apologize if you have received an incorrect item from us. To process this return quickly, please complete our Return/Exchange Form. Alternatively, you can contact Swing’s Customer Service Team at customerservice@shopswing.ca and we will get back to you within 3 business days.

2.8 I have not received my order, what should I do?

You should check the status of your order via “Track your order” to find out why it might have been delayed. If you have not received your Swing order after 12 business days from the date you placed your order, please send an email to Swing’s Customer Service Team at customerservice@shopswing.ca.
